General
These terms and conditions apply to purchases and payments made from Banksia Software.

Orders and Delivery:
When making purchases from Banksia Software, payments can be made by credit card using our secure SSL and PGP Encryption methods.

Delivery:

• We shall deliver the items ordered to the delivery address you nominate.
• The cost of freight is an additional charge to the cost of the goods.

Returns:

• Prior approval by contacting Banksia Software must be given before returns are despatched. Goods sold on a firm sale basis cannot be returned.
• Goods can only be accepted for return if they are in as new saleable condition.
• To be eligible for return software must be contained in its original sealed packaging.
• Returns can only be accepted for refund within 14 days of delivery.
• Shortages or errors must be notified to Banksia Software within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
• Where there is error on our part we will pay the cost of the return freight.

Title and Risk:

• The title to the goods passes to the customer upon payment.
• Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer on delivery to the nominated delivery address.

Pricing Policy

• All prices listed on this website were correct at time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
• We endeavour to keep all prices up to date on this website.
• Orders will be charged at the applicable price listed on the website for the goods ordered on the day the order is submitted.
